We are excited about your desire to give, not only because of how your gift will allow us to continue to be about our mission of being and making disciples, but also because of what your gift prayerfully communicates to the world about your heart and relationship with God (2 Cor 9:12-15) The Bible teaches us a baseline standard for tithing. When we give the first 10% of our income to God, we put God first in our lives above everything else.

 

Tithing as well as giving are acts of worship that express our gratitude, faith, and love for others as we support the vision and mission of our local church.

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE

We believe that giving is an act of worship, and there is more to giving than just giving financially. Tithe's and offerings are important, after all that's how we keep doing all the things that we do! But giving ourselves, our time, our talent, to our church, families, and community is an act of worship as well!
